USA. Weak criticism is worse than its absence!

The White House and the State Department of the United States unfortunately continue to use weak "hypothetical" rhetoric regarding the crimes of the Kremlin.

Antony Blinken: These so-called elections are a sham, period. They go in. They put in puppet governments, local governments. And then they proceed with a vote, which they"ll manipulate in any event in order to try to declare the territory Russian territory. It is not. It will never be recognized as such. And the Ukrainians have every right to take it back.

I have already published one article on this subject — an open letter to the President of the USA with a slightly annoying clickbait title. I repeat the variation separately, to Mr. Blinken. Immediately, because this is the business of these days.
Unfortunately, your words towards Russia and the Kremlin are only hypothetical in nature, that it is POSSIBLE that they will manipulate the results of the vote.
I do not know why, you are not sufficiently or incorrectly informed by expert opinions.
Regarding "pseudo-elections" in the occupied territories of Ukraine, this is NOT a hypothetical, but an actual crime, ACTUAL FRAUD and actual manipulation.

1. The fact is that all four territories are not even fully captured and Russia does not have the physical opportunity to hold a full referendum on the territory there.
  — In the Luhansk region, Russia was unable to capture several settlements.
  — in the Donetsk region, Russia was unable to seize a significant territory of the region with many settlements.
  — in the Kherson region, Russia was unable to seize a significant territory of the region with many settlements.
  — in the Zaporizhzhia region, Russia was unable to seize a significant territory of the region with many settlements. Even Zaporizhzhia itself, as a regional center, was not captured by the Russians.
2. All these occupied regions are largely abandoned by a large part of the inhabitants (refugees and deportees). The majority of pro-Ukrainian people under the pressure of the brutal policy of the Russian army (arrests, torture, murders, looting, rape) were forced to temporarily leave their homes and flee to Ukraine or European countries as refugees. That is, the Kremlin is trying to hold a referendum ONLY among people who voluntarily or compelled to remained under the Russian occupation due to health reasons.
3. Active hostilities are taking place in all these regions. On both sides, there are regimes of military administrations in the front-line zone, which in principle do not allow people to freely express their will. It is not possible to freely spread any thoughts against Russia. It is clear that there are no conditions for free dissemination of information, for agitation.
4. There is already a lot of video evidence that, due to the low turnout of residents for the referendum, the Russian occupiers send 2-4 people to walk around the houses of residents with automatic machines and a transparent box and force people to vote almost openly. People obviously do not have the opportunity to vote secretly in such conditions, they vote under the pressure of armed invaders.

There are many other violations of democratic procedures that I will not write about. These four ACTUAL points are enough to make  "referendum", no honest,  impossible. Even an attempt to conduct a pseudo-democratic procedure under such conditions is an undisguised fraud, absurdity, nonsense, stupid criminal manipulation. That is, this is not a hypothetical, but an actual fraud.

Mr. Blinken, thank you for your work, for your struggle on the side of the forces of light, goodness and democracy. I"m writing to you because sometimes a weak, incorrect argument is worse than no argument at all. Putin"s Russian diplomatic servants will simply reply to such weak criticism: "These are ONLY your HYPOTHESES about possible manipulations, and nothing more!"

Although maybe I don"t understand something and the rules of diplomacy do not allow you to tell the real truth.
