The article about Ukraine has one very important nuance, which says that the author of the article is not in the context of the realities of Ukraine.
I quote: "Ukraine"s corrupt oligarchs would re-emerge from hibernation. The old post-Soviet cynicism would replace the youthful enthusiasm of the Maidan generation. " — the fact is that Zelensky is precisely a representative of the "anti-Maidan" generation because he and his entire team under the name "95 Quarter" were supporters of Yanukovych and campaigned for his party.
Moreover, in 2014, when the Russian aggression began, the annexation of Crimea and the occupation of part of the Donbas territories by pro-Russian puppets, Zelensky evaded mobilization for defending Ukraine four times (official confirmation of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine).
This was also reported by the state news agency Ukrinform.
At the same time, I and other Ukrainians in different directions were fulfilling our mission of taking the oath of allegiance to Ukraine. As a journalist, I was collecting evidence of the crimes of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in the occupied territory. Today, Zelensky is telling journalists that if he weren"t president, he would be fighting, furthermore, he is reviling Ukrainians who refuse to go to war because they understand what"s really happening.
Ask yourself the question: Why did about 200.000 volunteers return to Ukraine from abroad in the first days after February 24, 2022, to defend Ukraine with weapons? The entire Ukrainian society, both in Ukraine and in the Ukrainian diasporas around the world, was engaged in the defense of the Motherland. Then Zelensky ordered to close the borders to not let men leave the territory of Ukraine, and people lost their enthusiasm — why? Below I will give a few facts. Because when the Western world sees Zelensky today as a hero, only such people, as are from the post-Maidan generation, understand that Zelensky is just a created television image and a well-played scenario by Moscow in Ukraine for the West to implement the Third World War.
Yes, the author of the material Tim Willasey-Wilsey correctly notes in his article that Europe and America are not helping Ukraine much to win the war. At the same time, the author does not mention the fact that after Biden came to power in the USA, Putin was able to get the opportunity to pump himself with cash, which gave him the opportunity to implement a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. I agree, this requires a deep analysis. For some reason, Putin committed active acts of aggression against Ukraine only when Biden and Obama were in power in the USA — is it a coincidence? But if we look at the details of the actions of Zelensky and other representatives of the government before and after the full-scale invasion, we will get many answers.
The first fact: before the full-scale invasion, all representatives of politics in Ukraine, including former presidents and current president Zelensky, oligarchs, and various so-called experts, unanimously denied the news of the Western press and reassured Ukrainians that there would be no invasion by the Russian Federation. The legal regime of Martial Law was not even declared, as provided for in the Constitution of Ukraine. Which would have significantly helped not only Ukraine but also Ukrainians to organize and avoid so many victims. Everyone expected that Ukraine would surrender, but no one expected that the Ukrainian people heroically defend their own homeland. Because, following the history, Ukrainian people are the descendants of those who originally defended Europe and could fight back.
The second fact: After the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, Zelensky introduced to the parliament an urgent bill on the introduction of the "State of War" procedure as required by the Constitution of Ukraine, Article 106, paragraph 19, in the context of the Powers of the President. And then interesting details occurred, this bill wandered through the Parliamentary Committees for several months, and on May 10, 2022, using the web archive, I recorded that this bill disappeared from the Verkhovna Rada website. I started talking about that with my subscribers publicly, after which I received a wave of hate, accusations, and publications of fakes against me from the media close to Zelensky.
What was it? It seems that I got the answer then. The authorities in Ukraine in this way legalized the so-called "military special operation of Putin". And the puzzles of my analysis put together a complete picture. Back when Zelensky was running for president in 2019, I received data that he was a project of Russian special services and transmitted this information to Ukrainian law enforcement agencies and spoke about it publicly. But, unfortunately, they did not listen to me then. I will say more that Zelensky was even illegally registered as a candidate for president of Ukraine in 2019. In fact, the law states that before applying candidacy for the presidency, a candidate must have lived for at least 10 years continuously on the territory of Ukraine in order to be able to run for president of Ukraine. Zelensky lacked more than 100 days because he lived in Moscow. He was not registered on the first attempt.
Then there was public pressure through the media, which belong to the oligarchs who supported Zelensky, and under this public pressure, the members of the Central Election Commission registered Zelensky as a candidate for president of Ukraine in 2019 on a second attempt. And when he took the presidency, he immediately dismissed all members of the Central Election Commission. Also, with the beginning of Zelensky"s presidency, Russian agents became more active in Ukraine on a large scale.
And one more fact: in 2020, an assassination attempt was being prepared against me in Ukraine, thank God I was able to escape. As I found out later, the pro-Russian deputy Ilya Kyva, who worked for Avakov and Medvedchuk, was involved in preparing this assassination attempt. Avakov was then the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. In this way, Russian agents dealt with all of Zelensky"s opponents. And most importantly, why does Zelensky hide from the whole world the real such a large number of victims both among the military and civilians? Zelensky comes out publicly and brazenly lies to journalists that only 30 thousand soldiers died when the real number of casualties has already exceeded one million two hundred thousand.
P.S. How I live all these years in exile under a barrage of cyberattacks, persecution, and baseless accusations? It is a rhetorical question.
