OPEN LETTER TO THE LEADERS, POLITICIANS OF THE COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION AND INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS.

Dear leaders of Greater Europe!

On February 24, 2022, Russia invaded Europe, attacked Ukraine and began to commit genocide against my Ukrainian nation. Russia, together with Belarus, actually made a first step to the World War III. At a time when you were making shameful decisions about another package of sanctions, thousands of innocent Ukrainians died from the hands of Russian fascists in Ukraine and continue to die every day. Could this have been prevented? — Yes! Who should we blame for this war? — European politicians. I argue why: Russia attacked Europe for the first time in 2014. Attempted illegal annexation, occupied Crimea and part of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. What were European politicians doing in the meantime? — You continued to do business with Moscow and corrupt Putin"s money.

Today, in the 21st century, Russian fascists are killing Europeans in central Europe. You will smile reading these words as usual. Because a few days ago, Ukraine was once again mocked in front of the whole world in favor of Putin. Dictating some conditions to de jure not include Ukraine in the European Union. By doing so, you disgrace yourself in front of your own societies. After all, Ukraine is de facto Europe and your conditions are your meanness and shame. You have even recently been trying to dictate some crazy conditions to your societies in a free Europe. You are slowing down the development of your own societies, which have long been ahead of you.

You must have studied European history badly at school. After all, we would know that Ukraine was the first to rebuild European civilization after the fall of Byzantium and was always open to our native European family. You have also studied poorly the contexts of the history of "what is Muscovy." Do you think that with your today"s demonstrative condolences to Ukrainians, you can hide your mistakes from yesterday? By your inaction, you have nurtured this Russian fascism, which will soon spread across Europe. You allowed this war! This is already understood even in the societies of your countries. People see this political impotence and corrupt helplessness of you as leaders of states and organizations. That is why they are transferring their own funds to help the Ukrainian army, which today is defending Europe from fascist Russia. And they do it to protect their future. They come to anti-war rallies with Ukrainians all over the world, because their understanding today is not only pragmatic.

Could you have stopped this genocide and bloodshed in the 21st century? On January 28, 2022, I went to the UN office in Vienna and called on you to stop this war. Demonstrating how to do it. Then it was possible to prevent bloodshed.

According to various estimates, about 20 million Russians live in Europe. At a time when we see tens of thousands of Ukrainians together with the peoples of European countries marching peacefully against Russian fascism, we do not see Russians and Belarusians doing the same in Europe. Instead, we hear that nothing depends on them. But this is not true. In 2013-14, we Ukrainians took to the Maidan against the dictatorship of Yanukovych and won our right to freedom of free choice of power, and launched a mechanism for the development of democracy. At that time, there were only more than a million Ukrainians in the central square of the capital, who were supported by the vast majority of the country"s people. There are more than 140 million Russians, so can any Putin there oppose the whole nation? If these people did not share his opinion and did not support it? That is why it is a critical signal for Europe. After all, today Putin started the war in Ukraine under the slogan "protect the Russians", and tomorrow he will do the same in Poland, Austria, Germany, France, Switzerland or any other European country. And all these Russians will support it, in various ways, including the tacit consent of the masses. Because it is a collective Putin and the Russians are essentially the collective fascism of the 21st century.

Officially, I am publicly appealing to politicians and governments of democratic civilized countries not to shed Ukrainian blood today and not to shed the blood of other peoples of Europe tomorrow — the blood of innocent people, children: we must immediately decide on the abolition of visas and other documents territories of European countries for all Russians. They must be returned to their "native harbor" in their fascist state, and isolated from the civilized world, in which they have an innate hatred. They skillfully cover this hatred with fake smiles and just wait for the right moment. All trade, economic and diplomatic relations with fascist Russia must be severed immediately. Today, this is the only way for you, as politicians, to stand ahead of your societies and demonstrate your ability to protect the honor and future of Europe from creeping Russian fascism. You still have the opportunity to inscribe yourself in the new history of Europe and stop the bloodshed today in my homeland and prevent bloodshed at the hands of Nazi Russia tomorrow in your country. Think about the future of our Europe!
